32 Signs that you have low Self Esteem

Self-confidence can be defined as a belief in one’s abilities and maintaining a sense of competence. On the other hand, low self-confidence can be defined as a lack of faith in one’s abilities and competence. Low self-worth affects everybody differently. And not all signs will apply to everybody. But generally, the more signs you recognise in yourself, the lower your self-worth.
Self
You spend a lot of time overthinking and replaying negative chatter in your mind.
You have an inner voice calling you worthless, not good enough and unlovable
You think that no matter how hard you try, you are never good enough
You think everything is your fault, and take everything personally
You experience a sense of worthlessness
You have negative thoughts about your abilities and yourself in general
You are a people-pleaser
You say YES when you really want to say NO
You have trouble making decisions - in case you get it wrong
You have trouble accepting compliments and praise ( you downplay it)
You often wonder if there is something wrong with you
You apologise often
You are unable to RECEIVE

You suffer from 'Imposter Syndrome'
You doubt your abilities
You compare yourself to other colleagues or business owners
You do not feel confident in work social settings
You will not speak up in meetings because you do not trust that your ideas are good enough
Negative feedback leaves you feeling like a failure.

You find it difficult to 'charge your worth'
It's not SAFE for you to be too powerful
